Over a period of 12 years when active in Speakers Clubs and Speaking Competitions, Michael was 9 times a National Finalist and 4 times a UK National Speaking Champion. His relaxed and approachable stage presence has always been a mark of his delivery style and has been consistently appreciated by a range of clients, students, audiences and judging panels.
Michael has a style of speaking which draws the audience into his world, captivates them and leaves them with lasting memories (...). He also has the ability to pass the skills he uses in his own speaking on to those he trains.
He can also quickly identify how others could do it too...
Michael was also a 3 time UK National prize winner for his ability to quickly analyse other speakers and their speeches and offer observations on style and structure as well as possible tips for consideration or improvement.
Michael is an inspiration. He leads the way professionally and effortlessly, showing you how to communicate effectively. He makes the seemingly impossible happen and so you find yourself speaking in public, and enjoying it!

For the last 15 years Michael has stood out by sharing his knowledge as a trainer of trainers, training and mentoring many emerging trainers across all industries. Over that time he has designed and delivered Training the Trainer programmes, many of which have led on to certifications from a range or accreditation organisations, such as Pearson Education, Edexcel, ILM and NCFE.
The training course I attended a few years ago was the single most positive and helpful thing I have done as a professional trainer. I still use what I learned regularly.
